What is it like inside the DCCS?

Located at 425 Lincoln Street, just a two minute drive from downtown Denver, we are dedicated to creating a space where photographers, videographers or any kind of visually creative individual can come and express themselves.

We have two spaces right now ready to go for production work. The smaller of the two is 650 square feet with air conditioning.

What kinds of members are you looking for?

Anyone who needs a low cost solution for production space. All too often great ideas hatched by truly talented people go undeveloped due to the cost to make it happen. That sucks! We have 10,000 square feet of usable production space, priced to help you get your shoot done, not to force you to put off your idea or take over your living room again.

How do I contact you?

Email us at coop@3hirdeye.com

Why is it called a CO-OP?

Its up to you to give this space the vibe it needs to really take off. Right now think of it as a raw canvas ready for creative energy to forge it into a place to meet other creatives like yourself, share ideas and most importantly have fun doing what you love. This can only happen COOPERATIVELY with all of us keeping our passions at the top of our priority list.

What are the amenities?

Right now things are pretty bare bones. There's electricity, running water and plenty of room. As things move forward the number one goal is to invest the membership fees into more amenities for the members based on their feedback. There's a huge white board when dry erase markers, USE IT!

What's not included?

Things that aren't cool such as bad attitudes and overpriced space.

Can I use the DCCS for events or gatherings?

We are very interested in working with our members to help them showcase their work. Maybe some live music? Ideas are welcome but anything we come up with need to serve the best interests of all of our members.

Can I bring a pet?

No we can't allow pets, too many liabilities. However we do have a provision in the usage agreement that addresses the possibility an animal may be used for a photo shoot or production so please connect with us so we can work that out on a case by case basis.

Where do we park?

You can find plenty of free and paid parking options in the immediate area. Directly across the street on the East side of Lincoln parking is free, just BE CAREFUL CROSSING THE STREET! To the North there is metered parking on 5th street, to the South there is metered AND free parking along 4th and metered parking all along Broadway to the West.

What about the driveway?

SCOOTERS ONLY!! And keep them to the right! The left of the driveway if for loading and unloading only.

I'm a smoker, where do I do my thing?

There will be a small smoking area outside in the driveway, please stay at least 20 feet away from the entrace. Thanks!

How much will my membership set me back?

Not much at all, we've worked hard to keep the prices down versus costs to operate:

$349/Month for the Pro Creative Plan

$199/Month for the Avid Creative Plan

$129/Month for the Moonlight Creative Plan

Pro Creative?

For $349 a month you can use the studios for a maximum of 12 hours per week from the hours of 9AM to 10PM, Monday through Sunday.

Avid Creative?

For $199 a month you can use the studios for a maximum of 8 hours per week from the hours of 9AM to 10PM, Monday through Sunday.

Moonlight Creative?

For $129 a month you can use the studios for a maximum of 4 hours per week from the hours of 10PM to 2AM, Monday through Sunday.

What if I need the space longer than my membership allows?

If you need the space more than the plan you are paying for allows, and there is additional time available for when you want to use the space beyond your normal rate you can pay by the hour. Members additional hourly rate is $25 an hour with a one hour minimum.

Can non-members come in and book the studios by the hour?

Yes they can and the price isn't too bad at all. To come in and try before you buy the hourly rate to use the studios is $50 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Still VERY cheap compared to the hourly rates of other studios around town.

How do I pay my dues?

Paypal. It keeps it cheap for us and that means cheap for you!

How do cancel my membership?

Membership dues are paid month to month so we just ask that you give written notice (email ok) within 7 days of the end of the month that you will no longer be a member.

What if I don't pay my dues?

If dues are not received within 5 days of the beginning of the month, it will be assumed that you have canceled your membership and you will no longer be eligible for membership rates. Use of the studios at that point would be billed at the non-member rate of $50 per hour. Click HERE for the non-member info page.

Can I leave my gear at the studio?

Not a good plan at the moment but depending on how thing grow there may be a solution later.

Is there WiFi?

Wireless internet is on the agenda and will be available in the coming months. The membership agreement already outlines the rules for WiFi use so everthing will be all set when we get there. WIFI ACCESS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS.

I want to be a member, tell me how!

Go to the Sign up page, download and read the lease, follow the instructions from there.
